Ukrainian Morale Patch 40th Separate Artillery Brigade Tactical Badge Hook*4 pcs

The brigade was created by order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on February 6, 2015, its official birthday is May 25, 2015, the 22nd military town in Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv Region, on the site of the former 46th Division, was chosen as its location.

The military coordination of the brigade took place at the Shirokiy Lan training ground.
On August 23, 2020, "...in view of the exemplary performance of assigned tasks, high indicators in combat training and on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of Ukraine's independence", the 40th separate artillery brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was awarded the honorary title "in the name of Grand Duke Vytautas".

On September 24, 2022, the 40th Separate Artillery Brigade named after Grand Duke Vytautas was awarded the medal "For Courage and Courage" by the decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
