Have nothing but praise for Yuri and the products he has to offer. Have bought myself pins, flags, patches, stickers and the beautiful hand made products. Gorgeous. Quality is top notch and professionally made. He's even gone to the trouble of sourcing a special request of mine as well as rectifying an oversight in regards to Ukraine/Australia flags, pins and patches that originally were not available. Which once told that the oversight existed,my new aus/ukr flag is on its way within 3 weeks. Great service and communication skills.Looking forward to fly my flags and show my support when they arrive. With presents for the others to friends.
The items i bought are of very very good quality. the shipping and payment methods were secure and fast.
Just got my package, awesome thank you so much
Patches key ring bracelet are fantastic
Always a good experience shopping with these folks. Easy ordering and fast delivery considering the point of origin.
Great folks to deal with. Fast shipping and great one on one service.
The web site is very easy to navigate and the checkout process is straight forward especially with PayPal. Tracking can be fun as all the info is in Ukrainian, but my iPad has a translator function that keeps me up to date. Time from placing an order to delivery to the Northwest is a bit under two weeks. Not bad at all.
Taking the distance and conditions at the point of origin the orders I have received have come in a timely fashion. The tracking information is detailed but requires you have a translation app, which I do. ( most modern cell phones and tablets have a translation app.) Good products, good people. UKRAINE STRONG!
