Ukrainian Morale Patch 13th Brigade Operational "Charter" Fabric Chevron

The 13th Operational Brigade "Charter" (13th BrOP, military unit 3102) is a military formation within the 2nd Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine.

After the beginning of the Russian invasion in 2022, the DFTG "Charter" was created in Kharkiv, which was part of the 127th TRO brigade. The unit participated in the battles for Kharkiv and in the Kharkiv region. In the winter of 2022, it fought near Bakhmut. In early 2023, it was reorganized into the 13th NGU brigade, which became one of the assault brigades of the Guard Offensive. In 2024, the brigade fought in the areas of Ocheretyne, Serebryansk forestry and in the north of Kharkiv region.
