The web site is very easy to navigate and the checkout process is straight forward especially with PayPal. Tracking can be fun as all the info is in Ukrainian, but my iPad has a translator function that keeps me up to date. Time from placing an order to delivery to the Northwest is a bit under two weeks. Not bad at all.
