71th Separate Aeromobile Brigade of Army of the Ukraine:

The 71st separate hunting brigade was created immediately after the beginning of the large-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, which began on February 24, 2022.
The inscription "IMMITIS", located on the emblem of the brigade, means "merciless".
Appearing as a unit of the Reserve Corps, already in April 2022, units of the brigade left the reserve and took part in combat operations in the Kharkiv Region, and from June 2022 in the Donbas. The units of the brigade also performed combat missions in the Kyiv region and the Chernobyl exclusion zone.

Units of the 71st Brigade were spotted at the initial stage of the offensive operation in Kharkiv Oblast in September 2022. In particular, on September 5-8, its fighters forced Siverska Donets and led an offensive on Balaklia from the direction of Husarivka. In October 2022, the soldiers of the brigade received the awards of the commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the message mentions that at that time they were performing combat tasks in the Donetsk region. There are references about the brigade's participation in the defensive battles near Bakhmut and, according to Austrian analyst Tom Cooper, a successful counterattack on the outskirts of the city. At the end of January 2023, the brigade participated in the battles near Kreminnaya.
